The Role:
Are you a recent graduate or administrator with a passion for learning about global supply chain operations? This role will focus on maintaining accurate Excel reports, coordinating shipment documents, tracking delivery dates, and liaising with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or administrator looking to develop a career in supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, with the ability to create, manage, and update detailed reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proactive, process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong multitasking, numeric, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the supply chain team, ensuring all documents related to shipments, bookings, and deliveries are up to date.
  • Chase and coordinate necessary documents for international shipments, ensuring timely submission and processing.
  • Maintain and update detailed Excel reports on shipment bookings, container consolidation, delivery dates, and warehouse arrivals.
  • Collaborate with global logistics partners and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of shipments and deliveries.
  • Assist the team in tracking and monitoring shipments, helping to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop your understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process through active participation and hands-on learning.
