Sales Administrator – B2B
Location: Hoddesdon, Herts - Office Based
Salary: £30,000
We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our client's sales team! This is an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding B2B customer service and sales support for a range of national and international wholesale customers and national key accounts.
As Sales Administrator, you'll manage the order process from start to delivery while building strong relationships with your portfolio of B2B customers. Sales administrative tasks include processing orders, creating sales data reports using Excel, managing, and coordinating deliveries, resolving queries, and advising on product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for multiple sales channels, handling everything from order processing to delivery coordination.
- Manage and resolve trade customer enquiries, questions, and requests efficiently.
- Process orders accurately and on time.
- Liaise with warehouse, operations, and manufacturing teams to coordinate deliveries and shipments and resolve stock issues.
- Proactively manage product launches and promotional activities with trade customers.
- Keep customers informed on stock availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Support the National Account Manager in sales admin tasks, ensuring seamless account management.
- Work closely with operations, forecasting, and sales teams to streamline processes and improve communication.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in managing the sales order process and working with B2B customers.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly advantageous).
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail, especially when working with numbers.
