We are hiring a proactive Sales Administrator with experience managing the sales order process for National retailers and key accounts to join our client, a leading FMCG brand, and play a central role in their continued success and growth!
Responsibilities
- Accurately manage and process B2B sales orders, ensuring seamless transactions for National retailers and key accounts.
- Delivering top-tier customer service and providing tailored support to national accounts.
- Preparing strategic quotes, proposals, and reports while collaborating with logistics and marketing teams.
- Keeping customer records accurate and compliant with GDPR standards.
- Supporting process improvements, team training, and cross-department collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced in order processing and sales administration.
- Skilled in CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
